Global Sae-A Group has achieved solid growth amid numerous environmental changes by pursuing courage and not fearing failure. This was possible due to our belief that “even if we achieve success, there is no tomorrow if we do not continually seek opportunities for challenge and development.“

Founded in 1986, Sae-A Trading has established itself as the number one company in the apparel manufacturing and export industry, leading the global apparel market through its local subsidiaries in seven countries and over 40 production plants worldwide. Additionally, we are achieving significant results in the domestic market based on our fashion distribution specialist company IN THE F, which owns long-standing brands such as JOINUS, Compagna, and Trugen, as well as S&A, which operates the high-end brand JONS and the contemporary brand COMGEN.

In 2008, we established the fabric manufacturer Win Textile in Indonesia and the large-scale yarn manufacturer Sae-A Spinning in Costa Rica in 2015, thus becoming the first in the apparel OEM industry to establish a vertical integration production system.

Recently, Global Sae-A Group has diversified its business into fields where the group’s capabilities can be demonstrated, establishing a stable portfolio for sustainable growth. Sae-A stx Entech, acquired in 2018, has built a reputation in the global EPC market by supplying various high value-added facilities.

Tailim, which joined the group in 2020, is continuing its upward trend, creating synergy with Global Sae-A Group’s existing businesses. Tailim Packaging, which produces eco-friendly packaging materials, engages in public value activities that save and preserve precious resources, continuously striving to provide high-quality, environmentally considerate products to customers. Tailim Paper, the largest corrugated cardboard paper producer in South Korea, plays a leading role in the domestic paper industry’s industrial paper sector, based on its competitive production infrastructure and systematic supply system.

In 2022, we actively pursued diversification into different industries by acquiring the number one overseas construction company Ssangyong Engineering & Construction and the eco-friendly hydrogen company Valmax Technology. Recently, in 2023, we acquired the packaging business division of Yulchon Chemical, and in 2024, we will acquire Jeonju Paper, Jeonju Onepower, and the US sportswear specialist Tegra, transforming these companies into pillars of our long-term growth.
